Pay & Benefits:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
$250 Sign-On Bonus.
$250 Bonus after 90 days of employment.

What You'll Do:

As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver wine and spirits to retail stores, restaurants, and other customer locations throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Responsibilities include:

Load your delivery vehicle based on daily route invoices.
Deliver products safely, accurately, and on time.
Unload product at customer locations (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.).
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
At least one year of delivery or driving experience preferred.
Ability to routinely lift and carry 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

Schedule:

First Shift.
Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
Occasional weekends and holidays may be required based on business needs.
