Position Title: Route Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)/Warehouse Associate
Location: Kansas City, MO (plus greater surrounding area)
We’re not looking for someone to just “help out in the warehouse”; We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps things organized without being asked, and shows up ready to contribute every day. Handcrafted Wines is a growing wine & spirits distributor, and our logistics team is the backbone of our operation. When the warehouse runs right, everything runs right.
This role is primarily route delivery driver oriented, and upon returning from your daily route, you will help in the warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, active position - you’ll be moving, lifting, organizing, and making things happen.
Driver Responsibilities:
· Load delivery vehicle and deliver product to customer accounts.
- Provide professional, customer-focused service on every stop.
- Handle invoices, paperwork, and payments accurately.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Pick and build orders accurately for daily routes.
- Receive and check in incoming product shipments.
- Unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse at all times.
- Stage product for delivery routes to ensure smooth morning operations.
- Keep inventory accurate and accessible.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR (required for backup driving).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions when needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year warehouse or delivery experience preferred (but not required for the right person).
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting Pay: $18/hour.
- Full-time position.
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Overtime as needed.
